Return and Exchange
We will gladly exchange or issue credit on receipt of product for online sales on regular priced merchandise. No cash or credit card refunds. Sale and discounted items are final and not returnable! If you would like to request return instructions please email webstore@spectacularnwt.com and a sales associate will assist you in making special arrangements to return the item. Please include your sales receipt. Credit will be issued upon arrival of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we recommend you insure the merchandise and retain the tracking number. Credit is valid for a one year period.
Shipping charges paid for items returned are only refundable in the case of errors in on our part with respect to the initial shipment.
